1 - What parts of your prompt were written well and easy to understand? Was there anything the writer of the prompt could improve on or include next time they create a prompt?

It was fairly well-written and easy to understand.  The only thing I'd suggest is to perhaps include some types of canine you would like to see, since you included a number you didn't.  This is a minor thing though.

2 - Please explain how you interpreted the prompt to create your design. Which features did you use? Did you stick to the chosen palette or make changes to it? Does the design you created have any special abilities or quirks?

The prompt was for a canine and something winter-themed.  I decided to go with a standard poodle, with a cool pallete to match the wintery theme.

Born one winter's day, this poodle has spiritual powers that allow it to withstand freezing temperatures, with th added bonus of being able to create ice at will.  Two icicles grow from the wool on its shoulders, and its claws are made entirely of ice.  Its midriff, which looks and feels like ice, contains a special power which keeps the ice from melting even in great heat.  The creature's tail is in fact a cloud, and snow constantly falls from in.  The rate of the falling snow depends on the creature's mood.
