How long has it been since I submitted a traditionally drawn Shiny? 
Anyway.
I've had the line-art sitting in my folder for awhile. I just never got around to colouring it
I'm trying to finish all my half-completed things over the holidays. I've done most of them, but I still need to figure out what an "olive" skin tone looks like. I highly doubt that it's dark green

Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactIn general there isn't really much bad I can say about this picture, other than the fact the coloring appears to be a bit sloppy. Even though I say that though it DOES seem to work with the theme of the picture. I can't say much for anatomy because this isn't only a 'mythical creature' category but it's also something that IS made up. (A pokemon that is made up by pokemon/nintendo, of course) I'm not a big fan of Lugia or pokemon in general but I can't bring personal bias into this critique, however that DOES limit the amount I can critique on it.
The pose and timing really made the picture seem live-action, makes it feel more REAL, if you get what I'm saying. I do recommend this in the future for a theme or style. I also notice the lines get a bit shaky, I suggest exhaling while you do the lineart for it as it decreases shakiness.
